Spanish beachfront rental properties will cost 3% more this July and August than they did last summer, new report by TecniTasa reveals.
The average cost of renting a beachfront property in Spain for one month is €750, but as it the case with property prices in general, prices vary greatly depending on the area and region. For example, a beachfront apartment in the region of Galicia can be rented for as little as €200 per week, whereas Puerto Banus properties can cost as much as €2,100 per week. Other pricey locations include Ibiza and Isla de la Toja in Pontevedra, newspaper Murcia Today reports.
The Balearics was the most expensive region for beachfront property rentals, costing an average €1,258 per week.
