The Spanish property market is the fourth most rewarding in the world.
Spain has moved from sixth position last year to fourth position, overtaking the UK who moved down the ranking to fifth from third, in terms of countries with the best real estate opportunities for capital appreciation, according to a report by the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
AFIRE members are among the largest international institutional real estate investors in the world and have an estimated $2 trillion or more in real estate assets under management globally.
The USA remained the country most likely to give you a return on your property investment, commanding 30% of votes. Brazil took second place with just under 25% of the votes, followed by China (10%).Tags: Foreign investment in Spain, Property in Spain
